Today

Today was one of those days when God decided to show us who's in control.
We panicked,we murmured,we were scared
Self-doubt kept rising and shifting the blame came over us
We had prepared well in advance but hurdles still came
And so as we watched this envelope
We were ashamed

Ashamed that we thought God's work depends on us
Ashamed that even with our preparedness we still need God-how can we even forget?
We were reminded that,we are just tools
And even when the devil plans to mess God's plan
God's plan will always prevail
Whether we are there or not
Whether the timing seems to be out of place

Yes,we are feeble,But God isn't
And so he teaches us that we can only succeed as we lean on him and depend on him completely
Leaving things we cannot change to Him,since He's God
